About
Hypnotherapy: Uses guided hypnosis—a deeply relaxed state of focused attention—to address various psychological and physiological issues. It leverages the power of suggestion and the subconscious mind to facilitate healing and change. Used for addressing a range of issues including trauma, phobias, sleep disorders, pain management, stress, and behavioral changes. Involves guiding clients into a relaxed state, applying therapeutic suggestions, and reinforcing positive changes.
 
NLP: Explores the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns. It aims to understand and modify thought patterns and behaviors through language and sensory techniques. Useful for goal setting, enhancing communication, and addressing issues like PTSD & phobias.
 
Integrating NLP techniques into hypnotherapy sessions can enhance the effectiveness of treatment, such as using anchoring to reinforce therapeutic suggestions or applying reframing to shift perceptions during hypnosis.
 
Students can also become internationally certified in any of the following programs:

Non-licensed health professionals, coaches, and consultants can join this advanced certification program without prior education or clinical experience. A practicum is recommended for those without formal backgrounds to receive professional training and a turnkey practice setup or our Practitioner Practicum Certificate of Completion. The program also offers Continuing Education or Professional Development hours for those interested in holistic healthcare and naturopathic medicine. Completion time: Approximately 4 - 12 weeks.
